Similar to Roger, I have been plagued by the Cheng Shin Lamb 11-400x5 tires 
going flat for unknown reasons, even with the 8 ply tires. 

My KR is 650 lbs empty, takeoff solo is about 925 lbs, Max gross is 1150; 
almost every 6-12 months on the dot, I would get a flat tire with almost no 
indication as to why; no hard landings, flights above gross, etc.  

I recently switched to Aero Classic 11x400-5 tires (see below for the link), 
which are rated for up to 650 lbs (vice 475 for the Lamb 8-ply tires) and 100 
mph. So far, these have appeared to have solved my flat tire problems, if you 
don’t mind a slightly rougher taxi/takeoff/landing.
