I want to reduce the number of rings from two (2) to zero (0) when an
outside call to our main number is received. Our main number is always
answered by the auto attendant. The main number is a DID from one of
the eight (8) voice channels brought in via the voice T1.
System information:
KX-TD1232-7 with KX-TD187 T1 card
KX-TVS120
Some things I believe I understand already:
- DIL settings don't have much to do with T1 voice channels
- DISA timer settings may be the key
213 DISA Delayed Answer Time current setting is 1
218 DISA AA Wait Time current setting is 1
DISA stands for Direct Inward Station Assignment???
I'm also interested in hiring a consultant to help reprogram some other
settings on the above hardware configuration.
Specifically, I want to pay someone to provide programming instructions
to modify call handling for customer service, Queue's, etc... Please
