If you have done the one thing to test this. Place a regular phone on the XDP port and call the line. If the phone does not ring or you do not see ring voltage with a meter across the line, you have lost the ring generator for the cabinet. I had an 816 do the same thing. I simply took a copy of the cabinet, loaded it into another and sent the cabinet back for repair. I got it back, reloaded the software and off we went, job done and fixed. Brad

However sounds like you have set up XDP correctly except for oncoming field, do not use DIL1:1 use DIL1:N and set ext X.2 to ring on desired line, then other ext's can be set to outgoing same line and roll to when trunk is full. Have done this many times way back when we used these cabinets. I usually broke the 1st pair at the jack plate and labeled FAX to eliminate confusion.
