Hello all,

We have a KX-TA824 with KX-TVA50 VPS. We have an employee in a remote location
who would like to have a voice mailbox, but we didn't want to assign him an
extension that is tied to a physical port on the PBX. Essentially all we need
is a voice mailbox which he can access remotely. I set up an extension of 125
on the VPS (our PBX has 24 ports). When you call in you can access his VM by
name directory, but when you enter his direct extension or try to connect
through the name directory, you are prompted with an incorrect entry response.
Is there a way to do this so you don't have to use a physical PBX
port/telephone?

Thanks,
Chad
