On the digitals (and I presume the 824 would work the same) when you forward, the follow-on-id (the thing that determines which mailbox gets the call) stays set for the original extension. So all you should have to do is forward 102 na to 103, and have 103 fwd b/na to voicemail. The caller should end up in mailbox 102.
