Hi Don, I have the access and the experience to update your TVA-50. I have never used the Fax option on a TVA50, but what you are getting is not most likely the norm. I would like to know if the TVA50 you have is equipped with the remote access over the internet. I don't know if there was an issue with delayed notice on the system and I am not sure how you have this set up. Brad
