If you asking for access to the Panasonic dealer site to access what you
need, you will have to contact Panasonic tech either by phone or on the web
to find out how to obtain the access info for the site. I checked out your
website and it would appear that you are in the organ business which was
confirmed by a friend of mine in the organ business in the LA area. The
dealer site is for access by dealers that have passed certain levels of
training and each dealer is only allowed access to specific area's based on
their completion of different certification tests. If you are having this
much of a technical problem, it might be best to contact a certified dealer
in your area and arrange for a service call. I would never repair and organ
because I know nothing about the specifics of them despite the fact that I
work in a technical field. The same holds true of someone who is say an
electrical engineer trying to service their own phone system. My buddy who
services organs for a living is always telling me about the different
problems he runs into, and I can tell you this, I wouldn't try it. Totally
different skill sets. Would you do surgery on your self, I don't think so.
Leave it to the professionals.
Over the years, I have seen fewer and fewer posts to this site since many
pro's in the business have migrated to the certified Panasonic site when we
need help. That site requires that you be Panasonic certified to gain
access. Most people who used to service their own systems have come to
realize that it is far more cost effective to hire a pro.
Good Luck Robert Ivey
