Okay, so if I'm understanding this correctly, the issue is not the phone
system programming, it's the software I'm using to program it?

The guy who wrote the program has none little with it since a -6 came out.
You may want to run windows 7 in XP mode and it will probably work then for
you. I keep a win98 laptop, an old DELL 7000. It works, batteries are cheap,
easy to have around. Brad

It might work with 7 if you have the extra 500gig package installed for
"retro" XP programs.
