The secret is to be sure to have a load in your memory SAVED. You must READ
the cabinet first and SAVE that configuration. I do 2 copies and use one as
a working copy and the other for restoral if needed. I make my changes then
upload. It works just fine. There really is nothing other than using a 171
card to provide call ID. I am wondering if there is something in the 900
area to turn on CID to SLT sets though. Brad

I can second that.  I used the Programmator on a system that got all kinds
of
funky.  I used the Panasonic one to read the config, did a total reset of
the
KSU, and used the Panasonic tool to load it back in.  Problems solved.  I've
never used that other one since!
