You should see CID on all display phones while it is ringing. However after
that if you did not answer, you may see it only at ext 101(jack01).
To remove the card you can cut those stand-offs. The CID card will be fine
without them. Because it is -1 you may have a problem displaying the name,
displaying number should be OK.
