At truck loadout this morning, we all got a big laugh
at this! Several of us simutaneously said "Sounds
like a Microsoft product [reload windows]"
but on a helpful note, to remove the CID cards, remove
the five screws that hold the CO card. Use a small
pair of pliers to squeeze the plastic stand off tips
together to pop them out of the CO board. Then use
pliers to remove the standoffs from the CID board and
throw them in the damn trashcan. You don't need them
unless you are shipping the ksu.

I thought I'd ask if they are screwed in, or pushed
