CP, I set 3 different mailboxes up, each with a different class of service. I program the cos to move the message into the next mailbox if it is not retreived within 15 mins or so. I use it in drs. offices all the time. it will page them every 5 mins for 15 mins. then copy itself to the next MB and call a cellphone every 5 mins for 15 then copy to the next MB and call someone at home............JIM
