Just a thought in passing... I see that Hindi is 83% translated. I
*know* the two are not exactly the same language (i.e. that Urdu uses
more Persian/Arabic terminology, rather than Sanskrit) but I wonder if
it could save Yasir a lot of time if there was a way of converting the
completed Hindi strings into Urdu script and add them as fuzzy matches?
He'd still have to proofread them but that's often quicker than
translating from scratch.
I've had a quick look but most converters go from Latin script <>
Nastaliq/Nagari but not between the two.
Although, Google Translate can do Hindi > Urdu. Is that an option?
Virtaal is capable of using Google Translate
(http://translate.sourceforge.net/wiki/virtaal/features) but I have no
experience of it as my locale isn't on GT.
