Hi :)
The note under it makes more sense;
"Returns the serial number of the date that is a specified number of months 
before or after the start date"

So the user specifies a time-interval and this function tells you what the date 
would be after you give it the start date?  

I'm not sure i could find a simpler way of saying it than that and my way and 
the note looks quite horrible.
