No. 1st of all: pootle doesn't know about the new templates yet, I.e. "update against templates" won't do anything right now 2nd updates triggered using the web-ui have caused the problem of getting strings from other languages mixed in 3rd non-translation-relevant changes in strings would not be migrated.
