Update: Languages selection dropdown is now complete. Developers and translators are called to edit the brand.mdtext variables (see instruction below), to fit their language, and edit the /templates/brand.html template with the correct phrasing for their language option within the select box.
Note: "Native Languages" link from the menu would probably be removed in the future, when the language dropdown would be more familiar and adopted.
