Well, maybe I just hallucinated but I thought under the banner of the United Nations there is a World Intellectual Property Organization, and France also has a Code de la Propriété Intellectuelle (Intellectual Property Code). I may agree that there is a fundamental flaw in the term IP, but is either a huge misunderstanding or utter self-deception to say it has no meaning in law, when international and national laws have it in their title...
