Does litterary and artistic work fall under the domain of this
Industrila Property?

In the international treaties already, there is a distinction. There are
the Paris Union for the Protection of Industrial Property and the Berne
Union for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.

Intellectual Property seems just to be the overall protection provided
by the Paris and Berne conventions.

Internationally,
