At least about brasilian law Mr. Szmidt is right, this kind of stuff
is called as Industrial Property and not Intellectual Property here by
the Law, but it is very common find jurists talking 'Intellectual
Property'. I didn't checked the jurisprudence to see how it is cited
on the decisions
