Working on Lace Chat as the fount of all knowledge, with answers that can be understood, can anyone tell me if money paid into a PayPal account can be spent from it again without paying charges. Or perhaps lower charges than withdrawing it into our bank account. Someone in the States needs to send me a deposit for a holiday, and we are trying to work out a way for me to get what I need, without her having to send more than it should be.
