Hi Devon - I just ran across a letter I received from him in 1999 in which he quoted me a price for the pillow I wanted and indicated that shipping would be $25. He also said that the waiting time would be about 30 days!! Things have changed a *little* since then... I think the wait is measured in months now, not days!
