Thanks for all the nice comments too ! I am trying another one from her book :-). One technique which Angela mentions is that the Romanian Lace Group use old sheet material as a backing for their lace patterns . . . I must say it makes it a lot easier to have cloth in your hand, until now I was making needlelace/b'verg with the pattern backed up by paper. Best wishes to all those in Lurkerland and elsewhere . .
