Hi Barbara - In the IOLI bulletin, there is frequently a column which has a picture of "P.C. Tiggs" along with a poem, (usually from the Hedgehog's perspective), and the column is written by Diane Wallihan of Washington. I suppose there could be more than one hedgehog owner who is also a lacemaker in Washington....
