Hi Nolene This has brought me out of lurkdom, it's definitely for me. I'm hoping to retire at Easter next year and over the last few weeks I've started planning in my mind all the things I want to do, especially lace, as I'm not getting time to do any at the moment due to family circumstances. But I'm just getting hints from my daughter that I shall be expected to do lots of grandson sitting when I retire. Oh well, I suppose I'll just have to dream on...
Alison in Colchester, Essex, UK where it's a beautiful, breezy day at the moment, but we're promised rain later Retirement. They all promised me when retirement was due, I'd be doing so much with my lace. I'd have oodles of time To plan and create, And have projects all over the place. But then the day came, And I planned to sit down With all of that thread that I'd bought. With pins and my pillows And bobbins galore And great piles of books just to sort. But where does the time go? I really can't say< The days seem to disappear fast. As the days now fly by I seem to do LESS Just where did I find time in the past!
