I donât think we have many rules â being polite and courteous is probably the main one (and you are that!) and there are some restrictions on advertising sales of items if one owns a lacemaking business. Also it is important to trim the emails as some people receive the messages in digest form and untrimmed messages take up a lot of that space.
I am surprised that you have to change to plain text only as I can post HTML messages without a problem.
