I'm not sure what you mean by wheel-shaped. The tombolo is a cylindrical
pillow, I guess it's a bolster, that sits in a support. Mine is hollow in
the middle, but I don't  use it for storing things while I'm working because
I turn the pillow horizontally, vertically or even diagonally as the biseta
curves and swirls around. It is handy between times, though.

The wooden thing hanging down is for putting behind the pillow to adjust the
