Right, but a dent doesn't need "@NICK" to be in context.
It stores the message it's a reply to separately.

If you want to spit out
"@bugabundo That's just crazy talk"
in reply to message 6940260 then I would type
"#6940260 @bugabundo That's just crazy talk"
Just like now, except with explicit notice I'm replying to.

Technically there's no reason, even now, that I can't do
"#6940260 That's just crazy talk"

It could be a little confusing to my followers, but it's not wrong.
You can do this now in the web by clicking the reply link and deleting the "@bugabundo" from the box.

It would still have the context link, you just wouldn't get notified about it the same way.
