Tell that to all 3rd party apps that (stupidlly, i agree) *force* a
limit on the outgoing messages.
(gwibber i'm looking at you :) )


Also now picture this: you reply to a message where #ReplyIDCode +
message is 140 chars. now the system replaces #ReplyIDCode with
@HiMyNickIsTooLong  nick.
What do you think will/should happen?
