Hello,
I am struggling to use the Word add-in with Word 2010. I tried to install on 2
different computers (Windows 7, Windows 8) and get the same problems on both
computers.
I set LT to run as server on port 8081. I tested that LT for Chrome
successfully accesses LT when LT runs as a server.
In Microsoft Word, in the LT settings dialog, I selected and saved these
options:
Default Language: English (US)
LanguageTool Server: http://localhost:8081/
After I click LT Check, I get this message: No es pot contactar amb el
servidor: http://localhost:8081/.
Then, I get a message: No errors were found.
If I change the LanguageTool Server to https://languagetool.org:8081/, after I
try to check text, I get a similar message. But, I can view the LT website (and
other websites) in a browser, so I know that I have an internet connection.
