The reason behind these error is that ndisapi from ndis0.1 is still loaded in kernel, but bcmndis is wrapped from ndis1.1. If you want to unload ndis toolkit from kernel, you need to #rem_drv bcmndis #modinfo |grep ndis #modunload -i <ndisapi's id>
