Hi Garrett,

do you wish to work on this bug and are looking for a sponsor ?

UFS fixes are tightly resource-constraint right now. Meaning if Sun works 
one, then only if it's paying customers escalating problems that have no 
workarounds ... I wish we had more bandwidth but we haven't :(

The above can be worked arund by mounting the ufs filesystems without 
logging.
