It's in the "accepted" state, which simply means that someone has evaluated it sufficiently to say that it's in the right category, and that it likely is a bug. I don't know why that's mapping to "in progress" on b.o.o. There's a fair amount of evaluation and comment in the bug, which I'll let the UFS guys extract for you. Danek
