Was LV ever installed on that PC before? I can't remember the official number of days the evaluation sw lasts, but I seem to remember 30 days.
LV6.1i is still "relatively" new. Maybe 2 yrs old at the most. So the book cannot be that old and the evaluation sw should last 30 days. Did you install it on your own personal computer or is it on a PC at work? If at work, someone may have evaluated LV or a previous version may have been installed and removed. (Removing the sw does not reset the time). You may try installing the eval sw on a different PC and see if you have more time to evaluate it. However, you may want to install the latest evaulation version of LV (7.0).
