There is a date after which the evaluation versions refuse to run because they're too old. (NI wants you to be evaluating the latest version, not a three-year-old version.)
LabVIEW 6i is a little over three years old. Not sure when a 6.1 evaluation version came out; it may be using the 6i timeout. Brian
