Hi Doc:

A new infant to 3 1/2 mths, as my grandson is, isn't really that much
work. For the first month all he did was sleep, eat, and pee. But now
he wants to play. And he is awake for a couple of hours at a time, then
asleep for about a half and then here we go again. :) He isn't too good
at entertaining himself yet, although it is getting better. :) I just
can't imagine having 4 of them, and having to raise them alone with no
help.

This woman is unemployed, lives alone, and on welfare. The estimated
costs are 400 thousand dollars for the first year. The little boy
weighs 10 oz. :(

IMO she is nuts.

I enjoy taking care of Steven, but one thing I can do is give him back
at night. My son and his wife get to stay up all night with him, I get
the sleep. This woman won't have that luxury.

BTW I wouldn't give up taking care of Steven for the world though. <BG>
