it actually decoded pretty much on google translate... it didn't make much sense but ;)

gotta wonder what happened there...

It happened that a some random pieces of text, encoded in UTF8, has been tagged as encoded in UTF-16. If anybody is interested (I doubt it, but you never know..) the content was the following:
