I'm sure, you'll find people who have saved a copy of
lprof 1.09, and who will gladly share it with you, but
it is no longer maintained. Besides lprof, probably the
only open source profiler which is still available
(and which even supports printer profiling), is Argyll
(http://web.access.net.au/argyll/argyllcms.html).
It it a bit experimental, but on the other hand it
also implements very sophisticated algorithms. It is
also much more complex than lprof 1.09, thus IMO not
as simple to use as lprof - but I like it :-).

Since Marti is unfortunately no longer able to maintain the
open source lprof anymore (of course not for technical, but
for other reasons), I'm also wondering whether the open source
community should probably take pity on the "good old lprof",
resurrect it, and continue maintainance and maybe even further
development. Very likely, Marti's new profiler is better
than lprof, however, the drawback is, it is no longer open
source, and runs on Windows only.
