That 0:14:4f:fb:8a:f9 is the MAC address that the LDoms is using when it 
net-boots. Either a +different+ MAC address has been used in the 
add_install_client (so the jumpstart server doesn't respond to this 
request), or there is a lack of connectivity between the domain and the 
jumpstart server.  If the control domain is the jumpstart server you 
have an extra complication, because (by default) the control domain 
can't be reached from a guest domain.  The other usual reason is 
specifying the wrong MAC address in the add_install_client.  What 
version of LDoms are you using, and what MAC address is displayed in 
"ldm list --long" for this domain?
