Last year our ward took photos of each family after tithing settlement, and posted those photos to the ward web site within the contact list. We have a pretty tech savvy ward probably because lots of people use it, but I think having the photos in there helped encourage members to sign up and look.

Of those five, maybe two have entered an email address. However, when we passed around a clipboard in elders quorum meeting one day, we got 30 email addresses. Hmm, could we put those into the ward website ourselves somehow?
