Since we can create sub directories in the Anonymous FTP area, I was
thinking of this tree.
kernel--
|-- 2.2.16
|-- 2.0.36
|-- etc.
module--
|-- 2.2.16
|-- 2.0.36
|-- etc.

Until proven otherwise, I would assume the default ftp download would be
binary. This may bite me later.
