Perhaps because the only references I could find to them were by Dave Cinege
back in early '98. There appear to have been two messages posted to the
kernel mailing list regarding the patches, then silence for the last
<almost> 3 years.
I also have trouble finding the patches Dave uses to make his LRP kernels,
so perhaps other hit this problem as well...
