No no..... That's not quite right. The weather changes the outside temperature, which
can have an effect on the inside. Inside is controled by switches or dials (one hopes
it is at least influenced). You've probably been to busy to pay the the electric/gas
bills and THAT's the reason nothing you do with the switches and dials seems to affect
the temperature inside.
Look around for an envelope labeled GAS or Electric, open it up and if you see
anywhere it saying 'past due' you've found your problem.
