Filip, I dug around and found the source code (depends on libreadline & lncurses) AND the pdf manual. Seems the manual doesn't exist on the net anymore and you need it for the default password to login. The big downside to using it now is though it supports ipchains, it does not support iptables. I don't have the image file on my box, but I can generate one from a running floppy that I have (if it still works :). The cish.lrp package DD has in his old packages should work with Dachstein, glibc Oxygen, and LRP.
