The major part of modules are iptables/netfilter-related. I think that 
it's bad idea to shrink them out of supplied package; anybody can do 
this by itself.
In any case, simpliest way to clean all unneeded - remove all modules 
and run module auto-probing. It'll copy all used modules into /lib/modules.
