Change the line: # Set EXTERN_IP to "DYNAMIC" if you need the rules to read the IP from the # interface, but you arn't using DHCP (ie PPPoE and dialup users) #EXTERN_IP=DYNAMIC To read "EXTERN_IP=NO" I belive the dynamic option is not needed for typical cablemodem connections, but then again, it may not matter since "eth0" is listed as the external interface.
