Hi Victor, hi Charles, hi all > My wish list of programs to be included on the next DCD version include > xntp.lrp and psentry.lrp both from > http://leaf.sourceforge.net/devel/ddouthitt/packages/ Yes, I agree with Victor, PortSentry is really a very useful tool and doesn't need much space. I checked the psentry.lrp file from David. It seems like that David's is still 1.0. Version 1.0 has a tedious bug: It does completely ignore the hosts.ignore file. Start a test scan from your PC and you'll be blocked, even if you include your subnet (usually 192.168.1.0/24) in the hosts.ignore file...
I compiled the 1.1 version of psentry. If Charles consider to include psentry.lrp, I'd suggest to use this package: http://leaf.sourceforge.net/devel/sminola/files/packages/psentry.lrp If Charles is really going to include MY package, I definitely must update the help and version files in my package. --- Sandro Minola | LEAF Developer (http://leaf.sourceforge.net) mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] | mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.minola.ch | http://leaf.sourceforge.net/devel/sminola - My PGP key is at: http://www.minola.ch/pgp/sminola.asc --- _______________________________________________ Leaf-user mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/leaf-user
