Since you are interested in connecting from a host on your LAN to a printer also on your LAN, this isn't really an issue involving your LEAF router. The issue is how to give the HP printer an IP address on your LAN.
I don't know the "JetDirect EX" box, but my HP 4M printer has an internal JetDirect card. The printer's own display panel includes an option for setting its IP address. The option is a bit clumsy to use -- these printer panels have few buttons, all heavily overloaded with modal functionality -- but you only have to do it once in a long while. The IP and gateway addresses you describe are sufficiently idiosyncratic that I'm hard pressed to believe they are values required by the HP software. So you might check the JetDirect manual to find the way to reset them to values consistent with your network. In the worst case, you will need a temporary IP connection to do the reconfig. In that case, I'd suggest giving one of your workstations, by hand, an IP address, and related stuff, consistent with what the HP device expects. Then use it to connect, change the settings on the JetDirect so they fit your network, and move everything back to the real network settings.
