One way that I think you can do it, it to assign a range of numbers, (I think) by only specifying some of the ip address. Like so (someone correct me if I'm wrong here)
EXTERN_PROTO0="xxx 0.0.0.0/32" I think that something like that would leave port xxx open to the world. Another way to do it, regardless of IP is to leave a specific port completely open under the ipforwarding rule set. I'm not really up on that, but I could check on it and get back to you...
