Not with NAT. Possibly your ISP changes your ip lease every 10 minutes,
but *yikes*  that would be a lot of extra traffic. I haven't heard of this
error personally, and there are quite a few on list using xDSL and ipsec.
The worst I've heard with this setup is slow traffic due to the double
encapsulation on a slower processor running an Ipsec GW (not pass-through).

Sounds like they don't really care to see why your being disconnected. 
The reason should be in their logs, if they will bother to look at them.
Do any of your logs on your machine show the reason for failure 
(ie... IKE/SA bad???). I guess your corp could set the tunnel lifetime up
for 10 minutes and require re-authentication. It's too hard to tell w/o
having any config files or logs.
