I haven't tried it myself, but according to a discussion on debian planet (http://debianplanet.org/node.php?id=704) the file on the linksys site (ftp://ftp.linksys.com/beta/linux_hpna2_0_v2_34_0_2.exe) provides precompiled object files rather than complete sources. I suspect it won't work with a current Bering kernel.
